You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear.
Return request
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@mochiscreen.com.
Return policy and process
Include your order number, name, item, and reason for your request. We'll send you the applicable return instructions and address.
Returned products must be complete and in their original condition. If a screen protector has been installed, used, or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature and compatibility, a deduction for diminished value may apply to your refund.
