These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of MochiScreen and its customers regarding the sale of products offered on the website.

MochiScreen offers kawaii screen protectors with an installation tray and a matching collectible magnet.
The products are presented with their main features on each product page. The images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the product received depending on the screen used, the lighting, or manufacturing variations.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes where applicable.
MochiScreen reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order
The customer selects the products of their choice, checks the contents of their cart, enters their delivery information, and proceeds to payment.
Before confirming, the customer must check the accuracy of the information provided, especially the delivery address and the selected phone model.
MochiScreen cannot be held responsible for any input errors made by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website.
The order is considered confirmed after payment validation.
6. Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and then shipped to the address provided by the customer.
A tracking email is sent when the order is shipped, if tracking is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, periods of high demand, or delays beyond MochiScreen's control.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, the customer generally has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned unused, unapplied, complete, and in its original packaging.
Screen protectors that have already been installed, damaged, incomplete, or that can no longer be resold as new may not be accepted upon return, subject to the conditions provided by law.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
8. Defective products or order errors
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or different product from the one ordered, they must contact MochiScreen promptly with:
- their order number;
- a description of the problem;
- one or more photos of the product received.
After verification, a solution may be offered: replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
9. Liability
MochiScreen cannot be held responsible for damages related to improper installation, improper use of the product, or an incorrect model selected by the customer.
The customer must check the compatibility of the product with their phone before ordering.
